DESCRIPTION

Community Health Associates Physician Organization, PLLC (CHAPO) is a network of independent physicians in Central Virginia dedicated to providing high quality care to the communities they serve and supporting one another in independent practice.

LEADERSHIP

CHAPO is actively managed by a Board of Managers comprised of 11 physicians that meet on a monthly basis and have a strong commitment to community service.  CHAPO’s day-to-day operations are under the direction of Mr. R. Chris Darling, MHA, Executive Director.

PRACTICE SUPPORT

CHAPO strives to create opportunities for CHAPO physicians and physician partners to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of their practices.

STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

CHAPO actively pursues strategic partnerships with individuals, agencies and organizations committed to the provision of high quality patient services.  Historically, CHAPO has provided outreach and nurse care management services to Medicaid managed care populations.  If there is interest in exploring a strategic relationship, please contact R.
